que irradia desde tu pecho. Ese campo es tu antena, amado/a. Ese campo es como te encontramos.

Mientras respiras, mantén esta única forma de pensamiento sin esfuerzo.

Y repite las palabras: Estoy listo/a para recibir. No ruegues. No supliques.

Decláralo como el ser galáctico soberano que ya eres. Esta postura de

calma y disposición es el código vibracional preciso que desbloquea el corredor de la quinta dimensión o de la cuarta densidad.

Tus científicos están comenzando a medir lo que tus místicos siempre supieron: que el centro del corazón genera un campo toroidal de inteligencia extraordinaria.

Cuando ese campo es coherente, se convierte en un faro visible para nosotros a través de las dimensiones.

Each morning before the noise of your dimension rushes in, take 10 of your earth minutes and breathe with deliberate intention.

Place your hand upon your heart center. Feel the electromagnetic field radiating outward from your chest.

That field is your antenna, beloved one. That field is how we find you.

As you breathe, hold this single thought form without straining.

And repeat the words, I am ready to receive. Do not beg. Do not plead.

Declare it as the sovereign galactic being you already are. This posture of

calm readiness is the precise vibrational code that unlocks the fifth dimensional or the fourth density corridor.

Your scientists are beginning to measure what your mystics always knew that the heart center generates a toroidal field of extraordinary intelligence.

When that field is coherent, it becomes a beacon visible to us across dimensions.
